Activity Description
Experience the perfect combination of skill, fun, adrenaline and unforgettable moments. During your canopy tour at Victoria falls you fight your way through a network of slides, hiking trails and ziplines whilst enjoying the breath-taking views of the Batoka Gorge.
Explore the riverine forest from a variety of different vantage points – from above, below and within the canopy itself — experience forest bird-life, which can include the Knysna and Purple-crested Turaco (Lourie) and Peregrine Falcons.
What to Expect
You will be collected from your accommodation and driven to the starting point of the tour. Here you will get your equipment and a safety briefing so that you are prepared. After checking whether the equipment has been correctly put on, the fun can begin.
During your canopy tour at Victoria Falls you will come across 9 different slides, all of them of different in lengths. They can be between 40 and 85m long.
Clients are advised to wear the following: · Comfortable attire that provides sun protection · Hiking/running shoes · Warm clothing in winter (April to August) Lockers are available, but guests are encouraged try to leave valuables at home/the hotel.
